1. Under the supervision of the enterprise sales manager and quality department manager, conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual customer visits, technical services, and solicit customer opinions and requirements on products.
2. User visits should be conducted based on different content, mainly using methods such as letter and telegram inquiries, on-site visits, customer satisfaction surveys, inviting customers to discuss and hold meetings for research, etc., to widely solicit and collect customers' evaluation opinions on the quality of drug products, work quality, and service quality, and establish customer quality information feedback forms.
3. The sales department takes the lead in organizing personnel from the quality department and other departments to provide user services. The organizers should clarify the purpose of the visit and draft a visit outline.
4. User access to content. This mainly includes customers' evaluations of drug product quality, work quality, and service quality.
5. Opinions on the quality of drug products, including specific details such as drug appearance, packaging quality, and internal product quality.
6. Opinions on work quality: including the supply of drugs, transportation protection, errors, service attitude, problem handling and time, etc.
7. Customer requirements and suggestions.
7.1 Develop corrective and preventive measures based on the visit results to meet customer requirements.
7.2 Visitors should keep good records of their visits, and customer satisfaction survey forms should be promptly retrieved.
7.3 Quality management department personnel organize and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction, and organize relevant departments to confirm and study corrective measures.
7.4 Relevant responsible departments shall implement corrective measures, promptly and enthusiastically respond to customer feedback, and achieve customer satisfaction.
7.5 The quality department shall carry out effective inspection work.
8. The sales department has dedicated personnel to carry out technical service work, while production technology department personnel are required to assist the sales department in providing technical services on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
9. During product research, it is necessary to guide customers on safe medication and solicit opinions, collect product information and requirements, and carry out product development and improvement.
