     The company's team currently has 60 personnel, including 5 senior engineers, 2 senior technical expert consultants, and 12 senior technicians. Technical personnel account for 55% of the total number of personnel in the company, and R&D personnel account for 16% of the total number of personnel. The company has an enterprise engineering technology R&D center dedicated to new product development, process improvement, and quality research. At the same time, it has established extensive cooperative relationships with a large number of research institutions such as the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Nanjing University, China Pharmaceutical University, and Hubei Institute of Technology.

     Over the years, the company has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs and proprietary intellectual property rights in leading product core technology protection, new products, and new technology reserves through independent research and development, large-scale promotion, and application. In recent years, we have exclusively developed over 20 new products, obtained 6 national authorized utility model patents, and are currently applying for 7 invention patents.
